Excessive sweating and hyperhidrosis
All human beings sweat, it is a necessary and natural function of the body, whose purpose is to cool down when exposed to high or hot temperatures, when internal temperature increases by physical activity or disease. Also, it is common when the subject is under stress, nervousness and even when eats any food, especially chili; however, there are some people who considerably sweat more than most of people and do it even in rest periods and under a warm weather.
Hyperhidrosis appears as frequent excessive sweating periods, that although can appear in any part of the body, are much more frequent on forehead, armpits, groins, palms of the hands and soles.
- If there is excessive sweating it is important to avoid synthetic fibers that increase body temperature.
- Avoid, if possible, being exposed to sunlight for long periods of time.
- Try to do physical activities with appropriate clothes that promote ventilation of skin.
- Use products indicated to fight against this condition, correctly called antiperspirants, is the best.
